What is About Almost Anything?
About Almost Anything is about creativity in all its forms – creativity as a tool to address our problems, creativity as the foundation of community, creativity as a place of solace, and creativity as a bulwark against the increasing insanity of reality.
I am obsessed with creativity and how it works in all its forms – beautiful to terrible. I have been a scientist, a founder, an explorer, and an artist – and I know how creativity touches everything we do. As an artist, I came to live by the philosophy that life is a canvas for art. We create in everything we do, and not just the creative arts. From the way we build friendships and live our lives to the way we drink our coffee or tea, we live a life imbued with creativity. We are creative animals.
Creative Communities
I love community. My experience as a founder was an attempt at a tech startup that was intended to be a home for creators. Although that effort slid into the netherworld, I loved the connections it gave me to the creative community. If you are a creator, message me and tell me about what you do.
